Studios, galleries, and photography rights

Photographers retain ownership of their photography. A studio grants Listing Kiln the limited permission needed to store, process, display, deliver, and create buyer-selected derivative products from a gallery. The studio represents that it controls the rights required for client delivery and for every product it enables.

Listing Kiln products

Listing Kiln—not the photographer—is the seller and support provider for marketplace products. Listing Kiln sets product prices, collects payment, fulfills orders, handles eligible self-service corrections, refunds, disputes, and listing-site maintenance. Product contents, hosting periods, regeneration limits, and delivery estimates are shown before purchase.

Buyer authority and accuracy

Buyers must be authorized to advertise the property and use the supplied photography, branding, contact information, and property details. Buyers are responsible for reviewing facts, advertising claims, AI-assisted drafts, fair-housing language, and applicable brokerage, MLS, and association rules before using an output.

Studio earnings

Eligible studios receive the marketplace share shown in their dashboard. The share is calculated from product subtotal after discounts and refunds, excluding tax. Earnings remain pending until delivery and the stated hold have passed; refunds, disputes, reversals, and payout thresholds may reduce or delay a transfer.

Unlisted access

Gallery and order links are unlisted rather than access-controlled by an account. Anyone with a current link may be able to view its content. Studios can revoke or rotate gallery links. Source files remain private and are delivered through temporary or prepared download links.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload content you lack permission to use.
• Do not submit false, discriminatory, unlawful, deceptive, or infringing material.
• Do not probe, overload, bypass, or misuse the service, its links, or another studio’s content.
• Do not use generated outputs without the disclosures or review required in your market.

Availability and changes

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change and temporary interruptions can occur. Access may be limited to protect the service, comply with law, address nonpayment, or respond to misuse.
