Information we handle
Listing Kiln processes studio account and membership details, gallery media, delivery activity, payout configuration, buyer contact information, checkout and tax references, order briefs, property facts, agent and brokerage branding, generated assets, support activity, and bounded product analytics.
How it is used
We use this information to authenticate studio members, host unlisted galleries, prepare photo downloads, determine product eligibility, process purchases, fulfill digital products, provide order support, prevent abuse, and calculate studio earnings.
Anonymous gallery access
A buyer does not need an account, PIN, or email address to view and download a live gallery. We collect buyer identity at checkout when it is needed for payment, fulfillment, receipts, tax, fraud prevention, and support. Gallery and order links are unlisted and marked noindex, but anyone with a valid link may access them.
Service providers
We use service providers for authentication, hosting, private storage, payment processing, tax calculation, payouts, analytics, and AI-assisted media production. Payment providers receive transaction and identity information needed to process purchases and studio payouts.
Retention and choices
Free galleries follow the retention and recovery periods shown in the studio dashboard. Purchased products and order downloads remain available for the stated delivery period. We may retain transaction, earnings, security, legal, and audit records after media access expires. Studios can archive galleries and rotate or revoke share links.
Security and updates
Source files remain private and downloads use temporary or prepared delivery links. We use access controls and reasonable safeguards, but no online service is risk-free. We may update this notice as the product and its providers change.
